The state and federal courts located in the County of New York, State of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above will be updated to reflect any material changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
